sick horse

We have a horse that is about 3 and he has a runie nose and looks really poor we have tried many meds but nothing seem to help and you please help us out!!!

Im afraid that if this is all the information you have on your sick horse, the information is very incomplete and you really cant expect treatment success if you are giving medications without knowing what you are treating. This needs to be accomplished by having a qualified equine veterinarian examine the horse and maybe do bloodwork on him too. A runny nose and looking poor is not specific for any one disease. He needs to be examined. The information from the exam and bloodwork is necessary to make any further diagnostic recommendations and to devise a treatment approach. If a vet examines him and still does not know what to suggest, you probably need another opinion or to have him examined by an internist.
