Baby Red-ear Sliders eating gravel

My baby turtle ate a piece of gravel (used for fish), will anything happen to my turtle because of that?

A couple of bits- no.

The problem is that the colorful gravel used for fish confuses turtles and they eat a lot of it. You may want to think about using a more natural-looking gravel, or nothing at all (which is actually easier to keep clean and odor free!)
