shedding skin

i have two yellow bellied turtles who are both shedding their skin around neck and legs.we have a under gravel filter.can you tell me what may be causing this and how i can treat them. thanks

You did not read the instructions. There are many many things that could cause this; from fungus, or hypervitaminosis, or hypovitaminosis, improper lighting, feeding....but you did not read the instructions I have for asking a question, therefore, I cannot tell you what it likely is, or how to treat it. This also wastes a question that could be asked by someone else who has the information I ask for to make such a diagnosis. If you don't know what is causing this, I suggest a vet.
