my turtles acting weird

I have two one year old red ear sliders. I recently moved (a week ago) and when I did I bought them a bigger tank. 2 days ago one of my females started acting funny (eating less, sleeping more) and now her eyes look a little puffy. I've called my vet and they said it was the stress from the move and the change in habitat. How long should it take for her to go back to normal. And should I get a second opinion? I am really grateful for any help.

Most of it can be the change, but swollen eyes can be something more serious.

If you do not see an improvement in a couple days, try using the fish medicine 'Stress Coat' per directions.

In the meantime, review the basic cares at a good site like http://www.redearslider.com and make sure everything else is OK.
