Question
QUESTION: DO DIMONDBACK TURTLES GET ALONG WITH OTHER TURTLES.

ANSWER: Hello Kayla, Diamond Back Turtles can not be housed or kept with other turtles of any species.

No two turtle species should ever be kept together.

Turtles are very territorial and do not like to live in groups or even in groups of two. It can be very stressful.

Not to mention territorial fights can be deadly if not separated.

No, Diamond Back turtles can not get along with other turtles.

Good luck

QUESTION: do dimondback turtles get along with other dimond back turtles?

Answer
As long as you are not housing two male Diamondbacks together then yes.

Females will lay eggs even without a male to feritlize them and you need to provide a proper lay site.  They will be infertile and can be thrown away but the turtle can hold them in if there is nowhere to lay and this can cause certain death.

Two females can get along, and a male/female will definately mate and you need to be prepared with what to do with the eggs.

But if you don't have enough housing space for them then they will fight no matter what gender.

Males can and definately will fight once they reach sexual maturity and can kill eachother if not separated.

Good luck
