yesterday my turtle fell down although not externally injured i noticed slight beeding inside its mouth, he  seems normal in behaviour but seems very afraid & trying to run away in aloof area, he is not opening mouth at all & when i put it inside his water tub for feeding i again noticed some blood coming out of its mouth & he was trying his best to come out of water forget out eating anything as if water is hurting his wound i am in a remote area & cannot contact a vet but my little turtle needs some help plzzzz reply ASAP

Unless you are in the Australian outback there has got to be a vet around.  Any vet will do as this is an emergent situation.  Even if you have to drive a few hours or pay someone else to take you it is worth it as your turtle needs help.

I don't know how to help you.  I wish I did.  If you absolutely cannot see a vet then leave the turtle alone... he will have to heal on his own.  Don't try to force-feed him or anything.  If he wants to be alone and stay out of water then let him.  Animals have instincts for these types of situations.

Again, seek a vet... if it were me I'd walk day and night to a vet if I had to.
