What does it mean when my African Helmeted turtle is blowing bubbles out of its neck?And what does it mean if its eyes are bugging out? Is that bad?Please help me,i love my turtle..

I'm afraid I really can't help you with this one.  I'm not sure what you mean by blowing bubbles out of its neck (do you mean mouth or nose?), but the eyes bugging out is not a good sign.  You really need to take your turtle to a good herp vet for diagnosis and treatment.  I'm sorry I couldn't help more.
