Water turtle

My turtle has a loose scale but it is bleeding an I really don't know what to do there is rawness and  we don't really have a vet we can take it to what should I do??

You should take it to a vet. I don't care what the excuse is. You can find a vet who will see it, and consult with a reptile vet out of town if they have to. This is either trauma related or an ulcerated scute. Either way, it can lead to infection of the underlying bone and cause death. Also, next time, follow the directions. I don't even know what kind of turtle this is.
