RES respiratory infection

Hi there jamie, i have a small res and he has respiratory infection here are the symptoms : gasping air and making bubbles and sounds during respiration, swimming tilted, not being able to dive...
but he eats and moves up to some extent well.
I was advised to  administer antibiotics ( fluoroquinolone ) - since its impossible to find vets in Egypt - and was able to find it but i have a problem with dosage the medicine i got has 250 mg  concentration and its tablets, how can i administer it and what dosage ??????

Hello I am not able to provide dosinginformation as that is praticing medicine and I am not a vet. You should increase heat and allow him to be outdoors which will help combat infections. Other than that I am sorry you will have to consult a vet for dosing instructions.
