You need to go on google and search for tortoise egg incubation. You will find plenty of pictures and plenty of descriptions for incubators. If you haven't sorted this out by now, then it's not likely any of these eggs will still be viable. You also can't turn them over. Look, this is an easily enough answer to find, and I just can't give a full course here on how to incubate reptile eggs, and you aren't going to learn it from pictures alone. You need to go online and read up on it.
