Baby red eared slider

One of the three turtles I got only has one eye open and barley moves around and is always getting suck on its back. He won't eat.  Is he ok or should I take him to the vet?

You should take it to the vet. He has an infection. Barely moving, one eye open, and getting stuck on your back is not an OK thing.

Next time, follow my directions. You didn't answer a single question, so who knows if what you are doing is even correct...
