my sick red footed tortoies

Hi, I have red footed tortoies I boughtit from pet smart 3 month ago and It's been a 3 or 4 days she doesn't want a eat i sow her vomiting(green color) yesterday and we don't
know why? would advice?

This can be a lot of things, from eating the substrate or something else that is not food, to a response to an illness, to stress, etc.

I would need to know a lot more to offer help, such as
- size the the tortoise
- size and layout of the tank
- tank temps and how maintained
- tank humidity and how maintained
- tank substrate or what is on the bottom
- lighting
- diet
