My bearded dragon wont open his eyes :-(

Hello :-) i have had a bearded dragon for about a month now and two day ago he has started Not opening his eyes. Even when i make a noise he wont open them, because of this he is not eating or moving. I even picked him up this morning and put him in the bath with calci powder. N even in the bath he never opened his eyes. When he does open them( for like a second) he looks at me then closes them again. He is around 6 months old, has a 4ft tank, with paper on the bottom ( as iv read that sand is bad for them) he has a 100wat heat bulb, and a strip 30watts 5% uvb+A bulb. He eats meal worms and all types of veg e.g butternut squash lettice peppers ect. I am really worried about him :-(  also this has only happend since iv changed to the uvb light and 100watt bulb. Before he had a coil repti glo light amd a 60watt bulb (but didnt seem to be reaching high enough temps)
I would be very greatfull if you could help/advise me as i am really worried about him

I need you to answer the questions in my instructions completely. You haven't given me the basking area temps, and there are several other pieces of background that I need.

What are the other dimensions of the tank? Are these standard size mealworms? You didn't tell me about his defecation frequency of anything noted about that either. How big is he? And you say "before" that he had a different type of UV lamp, but you didn't say how long ago you replaced it. I need to know that, and I need to know the brand and models of the lamps you have and had.
