Question
my dragon has no use of its legs and has a huge lump pushing up where the spine of the animal is.  i have called a few use less individuals for they new nothing more than me.  the dragon looks to be dying and my children would be heart broken how can i help the dragon get through this or will it die in my hands tonight?

Answer
 Hello George,
I am sorry to hear this.  Going by your description this sounds rather ominous.  The lump pushing at the spine part is the big reason for the paralysis, reptiles have no discs between their vertebrae.  Normally, with impactions I suggest slightly warmer baths and gently rubbing the abdomen from midsection towards the vent and giving her drops of either olive oil or slightly warmed coconut oil.  Passing such a large impaction may be impossible on her own. What did the reptile veterinarian tell you?  If you haven't taken her to see one yet, I strongly urge you to do so as soon as possible if he survives the night.
