Question
Hi, I am new to the herp scene and I was just wondering if you could keep a leopard gecko and a fat tail gecko in the same tank. The guy at the pet store told me as far as he knew they would fight because they are different species however when I bought them the person I bought them from thought they would be fine as lng as they were not both male. Thanks for your help.

Answer
Hello, No they cant be housed together sex doesnt matter. Leopard geckos are from much dryer areas then Fat tailed geckos which require higher humidity the leopard gecko would get skin problems being kept in the humid inviroment of the fat tailed gecko. I wish you luck in becoming a Herper!
