catching a blue tail skink in house

Question
A blue tail skink seems to have gotten into my house.  I have seen it VERY briefly several times.  It leaves droppings all over and I really want to catch him/her and put it outside where it belongs.  It just moves too fast for me to get it.  Can you suggest any kind of trap I could make that would get it into a container without harming it?  I am willing to buy food or whatever. I live in east central Florida, so it is a native and must have come in an open door. I LOVE reptiles and want no harm to come to this little guy.

Answer
Well, looks like he's just being neighborly and help you get rid of any insects that are also common in Florida.  Is there some way to leave an open exit for him somewhere?  If ther is, then leaving a light on near it and a glass bowl of mealies right near that exit may attract him towards that egress and will give him opportunity to leave on his own.  Since this doesn't happen in the cold north where I live, you also should contact the herp society in Orlando, I'm sure they would have great ideas on how to help you return that little fella back to the yard where he'll be happier.
