Hello Michael,

The correct basking temps for a bearded dragon is 95-110, & on the cool side around 78-82.  The ambient temps should around 82 or so but no higher than 85.  
Make sure you use a digital probe or a temp gun to measure the temperatures, not a stick on type of thermometer.
