Swollen Green Anole

Hello, have a green anole and the sides of his neck are swelled. I've looked in his mouth and it doesn't have anything stuck. (it's not his dewlap btw). I've had him for two years and this has never happened.I haven't changed anything in his lighting\heating\diet.There is no reason he should be stressed.

Can you post a picture of your anole for me?
Are you providing a UVB light for him?  If so, what type & brand are you using?  Are you using calcium supplementation on a regular basis also?
What types of foods does he eat?  
What are the temperatures in the tank, & what type of thermometer do you use?
Sometimes swelling can indicate metabolic bone disease, but not always.  Let me know a little more on your setup.
