One baby

Question
Hi, I had three rabbits, unfortunately they escaped one day, we got two back after scaling the whole neighbourhood all night but found one dead, no blood or anything, in next doors garden. We had our suspiscions that the one who died was a male even though he was supposed to be a female, well clearly he was a male because both of my females have recently given birth. The first female to give birth had three babies and they are now four weeks old and doing fine. The other female had her litter nearly two weeks ago, however she has only had one baby and this one baby is now up and about, however it has been displaying some strange behaviour. For example it moves around much more than the other litter ever did, its up and about earlier than the other litter, also if I open the door to peep in even just a tiny bit it seems to have some form of a fit but is fine after 30 seconds. I am a bit worried about this, but maybe it is because there is only one? This is unusual is it not? Also the couple of times I have managed to have a peep without waking it, it is sleeping on its back, belly up, is this normal? Also I would like to keep all of the rabbits, I usually keep them in a very large pen in the garden which I have now escape-proofed even more than before plus I will get an extra large three storey hutch to keep them in at night so this should be fine. However I am a little worried about re-introducing the two familys. Also I am well aware that I am going to have to spay and neutur them so when will be the right time to get this done and how will I know what vet to choose? Also I would like any advice you can give me, after all I only got the three rabbits last summer! A swift reply would be much appreciated, thankyou, Cassie.

Answer
hi cassie the lone baby is like he is because he's the only one so is getting all the does milk.
before you try to take him out make sure he knows your there by talking to him the he wont panic.
introducing both familys may be a problem ,wen you do make sure you dont leave them or else the does could attack the young ones.
if all ok after about 2 hrs should be ok then but keep a good qwatch on them.
spaying the does can be done as soon as you like but it may cost abit.
