mom neglecting to feed babies/first litter

I have 4 babies that lived out of first litter and the mom will not feed them...What do I do or take care of them?

What makes you think that she is not feeding them?  It is a common misconception to think that a rabbit is not caring for her young.  Mother rabbits are nothing like cats and dogs.  They only nurse their young once or twice a day and that is usually late at night when you don't see her.  If the babies are still alive she is doing her job.  Leave them alone and let her do it.  It takes years of experience and many lost babies to learn how to raise them by hand, there are many tricks and I don't even know them all.  If you try, they will more than likely die.
