Baby rabbits found

I found 5 baby rabbits and they where drounding in my back yard because my father was emptying the pool. We caught them in a net and dried them off and put them in a box. We found them after vet hours what should we do to help them out? Help me please and thanks. Ms. M

If you can find the location of the nest, try to rebuild it and replace the babies.  But if you think the mother has abandoned them by now, please read this article for help on how to raise them:
