rabbit growls and bites.

Question
we have had or rabbit for a year and we keep her inside and in the
summer we let her out big pin to run around. Lately she
growls,hisses and bites when we go to pick her up. She has had no
injuries to my knowledge.

Answer
She isn't pregnant, is she?  If not, then she could just be very hormonal.  A lot of unspayed female rabbits exhibit this behavior.  If you get her spayed, she will stop this once she has recovered.
