Day old bunnies nest not in box

Hi, My Bunny had babies last night/early this morning and when I went out this morning she had built the nest and had them in the corner of the cage. There was two not in the nest one was dead and the other was just alive. I have warmed the little fella up and am wondering if its ok to place him back in the nest now and should I move the nest into the box and place the box over the original nest site?

Dear Sarah,

I think it would be wise to put the baby in the nest, and possibly to rub him all over his mama's body so he picks up her scent.  Make sure she knows where the nest is, and where the babies are.  Here are some instructions I hope will help:
