Lop Eared Bunny - Dry Skin?

I have a 9 month old black lop eared bunny. He seems to have developed a case of dry skin. It's only on the top of his head and around his ears. The skin is scaly and flaky, only in patches. It bothers him terribly. I've been adding supplements to his food as well. Any suggestions or what it might be?

There's several different things it could be.  Having a vet look at him to determine which it is would be best.
