how do i clean out?

thank-you for your advice, i have cleaned out, she had them in the bit where she usually messes, so i kept them all withi  the nest and clean ed the littered bit and placed them back carefully. there was one dead unfortunately but 9 live. i`m worried about interfering too much and don`t see her go in to them. they are french lops. other vets have said not to touch the babies? how do i know if she`s feeding them enough? thanks again

For now with the babies being so young you will want to just clean all the stuff around their nest and leave their nest whole. They need all of mom's hair and the stuff she packed for a nest to keep them warm.
Don't worry about touching them. Mom will not care, and this way you can look for dead kits. A dead kit left in the nest box can kill the rest of the kits too. Just make sure to wash your hands before you touch the babies to prevent spreading germs to them.

Mother rabbits usually only nurse 2 or 3 times a day for just a short time. Likly she is nursing and getting in with them when you are not looking. At least you found the dead kit. Everyone else will be healthier now. You can touch the babies. Vets say not to touch all baby animals, but you have to check baby bunnies for eye infections, birth or genetic defects, and all other sorts of things you need to be looking for. Touching baby rabbits is pretty much a must. They are socialized easier when handled from birth. Just make sure to wash your hands before touching the babies and after.
To know if she is feeding them enough, look at all of them. At a rill young age you can acutally see milk in the stomach. The bellies will be round and full after you see mom in with them. Skin will not be really wrinkly or dry.
