QuestionHow do you know what breed your rabbit is?
AnswerHi
Well if the person that you bought it or acquired it from didn't know then you might never know. We use a book called the Standards of Perfection. It is only available through the American Rabbit Breeder's Association. You don't have to be a member to purchase it but if you only want to know about 1 rabbit it is probably not worth it.
I will give you the site where you can look at different breeds. That way you can at least narrow it down. Just look at the pictures and compare them to your own bunny.

Chances are that unless you bought it from a breeder who would have told you what breed it was it may possibly be a mixed breed. In that case it is nearly impossible to tell.
Thank you
