Wild Baby Bunny

Question
I found injured baby bunny laying on the sidewalk.  On his back paw he has no fur, assuming a cat had gotten to it.  I would think for his size he would be mobile, but instead just lays.  He's about the size of an female adult hand.  Do you think he can be rehabilitated since he doesn't move, just lays?
