how expensive i baytril? i finally found a doctor who treats rabbits but i need to know how much the medicine costs (im a college kid on limited budget) ?? am i looking at more than $50? thanks

Dear Bridget,

The price of Baytril varies depending on what it is (otic drops, pills, injectible) and who sells it.  Your vet will probably dispense a small amount that will take your rabbit through a course of the necessary antibiotic therapy, and that will usually not be overly expensive.  But the only way to know for sure is to ask the vet, since each vet will charge  different markup.

I would be very surprised if it were more than $50, though!
