Wry Neck- extra information

I also wanted to add that my bun does not scratch at his ears or shake his head.  He grooms often but only his front paws neck and face.  When he tries to stand to groom the rest of himself he falls over and flips around.  I try to stabilize him as he can't seem to tell when his feet are in the air or on the ground.  His one eye did originally have some discharge but has not had any discharge in the last 2 days.  His nose has remained clear through it all.
