Question
hello, I have been enjoying your'e adivice here since I got rocky I am an american living in cairo egypt rabbit's are not kept here as pet's I rescued him from a butcher, now everything was fine until recently he has become very mean towards me..
he is biting my hand's and this past week he is grabbing hold of my pants and biting my leg's and won't let go,

he doesn't do this to my husband only to me he is not using his litter box anymore and is peeing everywhere and spraying am thinking it might be because he is ready to mate and am conserned about neutering him do you think this is a good idea will it stop all this behavior? will I be able to litter train him again? and also how long does it take for him to calm down after the operation? honestly I feel bad about doing this to him also he doesn't have a cage I made a make shift out of a large refrigorator box and made window's and a hole to come in and out but he won't stay in their so I have him in the kitchen and let him out daily to play, do you think trying to build him a cage will help this situation well I hope you can help thank you in advance rebekah

Answer
Dear Rebekah,

Neutering will be the answer to your problem, though it might be a challenge to find a vet who is rabbit-savvy in your area.  Please use the list linked here to try and find one:

and please read these articles for help:

and especially:

I hope this will help.  Your bunny is being overly protective of you, and jealous.  He doesn't want you to leave him, and gets aggressive when he can't control you.  But neutering should fix the problem, though it may take a few weeks for him to completely calm down.

Hope this helps.
