Blindness

Question
We had a rabbit for 7 years (female), and another for just under a year (male). The female died recently and the younger male started going blind, in both eyes. It started with just cloudyness then went to full blindness. We used eye drops twice a day and it seemed to help a little. After about a week it started clearing up and he could see fine.

Answer
It could have been an infection.  It is a good idea to get him examined by a vet in case it is something more serious.  Sometimes teeth problems will present with eye symptoms.
