Rabbit runny eyes

Hi,

I have a 4 year old rabbit and its left eye has been quite watery this past week. Its behaviour hasn't changed, however I noticed through a damp patch that accumulated beneath its eye. What do you suggest I do?

This type of problem is often caused by dental disorders such as molar spurs or problematic tooth roots blocking the tear duct.  A good rabbit vet will be able to examine and diagnose the problem for proper treatment.  I'm not sure if there is anyone in Malta, but you can check the international listings linked here:
