outdoor temperature

Question
I inherited a friendly male bunny from a friend. I have a hutch that is outdoors. He does love to roam around the house too. But winter is coming and although I have heard of rabbits that can stay outside I worry about the cold. What temperatures can they withstand and should I bring him in at night to sleep if the temperature goes below a certain degree? If he's in and out a lot will that make it more difficult for him to aclimate to the colder temps? He seems fine now and it's been on the average 32 degrees. I change the water often as it freezes.
Thanks
Renee

Answer
hi rennee -as long as he has plenty of hay or straw to nestle down in ,he should be ok .make sure he is not subjected to any draughts.
rabbits dont mind cold weather it heat they dislike.
i would not bring him indoors as he will get himself an extra coat for winter and if he comes in he may start tomoult.
