Answer
My copy of Veterinary Care of Pot-Bellied Pigs by Lorrie Blackburn DVM says the average rectal temperature is 101 - 104 degrees. Your piglet's temp is almost at the upper limit.

Body temperature is only symptom. I am not a veterinarian and can not give medical advice, but if temperature is the only symptom then it is my guess that this is not too serious. Keep him warm (but not too hot!) and offer him lots of water, or fruit juice diluted 1 part juice to 10 parts water (1/8 cup juice to 1 & 1/4 cups water).

The most dangerous symptom is lack of appetite. If a pig won't eat then the problem is serious! Other problem signs are diarrhea, runny nose and skin sores or parasites. A piglet should be energetic when awake and sleep soundly. A piglet that acts sluggish and lethargic is sick and needs medical care.

I suggest a visit to the vet, even if the only symptom is a high temperature. The vet can do a thorough examination, test for parasites, and provide any needed medicines.
