my sow gave birth to piglets last tuesday...one survived...how soon can the boar be allowed the piglet???

Hello,
The sow and piglet need privacy from the boar while it is nursing.
Depending on the heartiness of the piglet is should be allowed to nurse for at least six weeks before it is weaned an then only after it is eating solid food well.
Sows come into heat every 21 days so know that as soon as you put the boar with her she will get pregnant again.
Please be make sure you have homes for piglets before you continue breeding.
