miniture pigs

i wonder how big those miniature pigs get? im trying to do a research but lack of information stops me.  how much are those pigs and i found a web site royal dandies they say pigs can get up to 50 lbs but what if it over grows its size? how can i trust them??? i love pigs and i want to own one..pleas i need some info...

Royal Dandies are the smallest breed of miniature pigs in the US.
The information that you find on their web site is correct.  
They Breed very small, healthy house pet pigs and lots of references are available if you want them.
