I am about to buy a miniature pig and I was wondering if i have to get pig chow, cause it cost a lot of money to hav eit shipped to my house. Is there any way I can make it?

No it is not possible to make a suitable pig chow without access to the proper grains, fibers, ingredients and chemical analysis tools to make sure the food has the proper nutrients in the proper amounts.

Most pet stores can special order pig chow from their supplier. The major national brands, like Mana-Pro and Mazuri, have distributors throughout the United States and Canada. Ask your local pet store what they can order for you.

It's much easier to order a bag of pig chow than to obtain all the ingredients, prepare the food and check it's nutritional value and fiber content yourself. If you don't have access to a pet food supplier I doubt you have access to the necessary ingredients.
