pot belly pig rescue

Good morning to you just a quick question you might be able to answer.I had a neighbor that recently moved and he has left a very large pot belly pig about 300+ pounds.This poor guy cannot see and we are wondering if there is a local rescue that would be able to care for him.I am giving the guy until this weekend to take his pig or i will call someone to take it.Poor guy is only eating once a day because i cannot afford to feed it any more than that.Any info would be greatly apprieciated.Thanks
