leash training American Guinea Hogs

I have two adult Guinea Hogs (newly acquired) that I would like to leash train. They are just getting to know me and associate me with food. Can adults be trained the same way as a baby? If they wanted to, I'm sure they could do a good job of dragging me around! They probably weigh at least 250# each. Have you had any experience with this breed?

I don't have any personal experience with guinea hogs, but they are swine so they should be pretty smart.
