mini pig, not eating and VERY bad diarrhea ;

im concerned about my baby, i got him 4 days ago,they said he is 5 weeks old. since i have got him home he has had hard stool twice, but is now having such bad diarrhea that hes covering himself in it as he sleeps. i havent noticed him eating at all, i try forcing him to but he just wont. he ate once out of my hand a little bit but not much. he is drinking water. they said he was weened off of his mom but im questioning that now, and wondering if they just wanted a quick sale. they told me if he got diarrhea to give him pepto bismol? can this help? iim very worried about him with not eating and just laying in his diarrhea. hes not even making an attempt to get up and move out of it.

Yes....you can give him Pepto Bismol.  Also give him Pediolite to make sure keeps hydrated.
What are you trying to feed him?
