pet rat Strutter

I'm not sure how to edit my question but I forgot to mention he's also been getting the hiccups alot, but they aren't loud, he doesn't squeak when he gets them.  It's been going on maybe a week or so.  and my boyfriend just pointed out it feels like a scab on the bottom of his neck, tho i haven't seen him scratching at it.  he's also shivering alot and isn't moving around as much.  thank you, sry for making 2 posts out of it.

Hiccups are pretty common but the shivering and the lack of energy concerns me now.

I think he should see a vet. I would feel alot better if he did.  Let me know where your located and the cities nearest to you and I can find one that sees rats.
