Question
I have two mink point siamese fro the same litter, and I have a female blue hooded from the sam father as the siamese, but from a female hairless with the blue gene.  I want to know what colors to expect from the crossing of the siamese male with my blue hooded female.  I am not sure of what to expect.  The mother of the two Siamese was mink agouti, and their father was chocolate hooded.  The father of the two siamese is the same father as the blue hooded.  I am not sure what all my female hairless carries but she was originally born with light grey almost blue hair and came from a cross of two hairless rats.  one albino and one black eyed female.  I have the hairless gene in all rats that I own, which is eight, but they al have various donor genes from grandparents and aprents.  really the only thing i need to know is will the blue hooded and the siamese produce a blue point siamese?

Answer
I'm just breaking this down to be sure I have this correct -- please let me know if I interpreted it wrong, ok?

You have two (2) mink point Siamese; out of (mother) a mink agouti (which is more commonly referred to as Cinnamon) by a (father) chocolate hooded.

Since your chocolate hooded threw mink-point we can determine that he, too, carries mink; so he contributed a siamese, mink, and probably a chocolate gene to his sons.

You have a blue hooded doe out of a hairless carrying blue by the same chocolate hooded.

Since your chocolate hooded threw blue here, we can determine that he also carries blue. You said that they also ALL carry hairless.

Your Mink Point Siamese carries agouti, Siamese, mink, hairless, chocolate & blue.

Your Blue Hooded carries Siamese, mink, hairless, chocolate & blue.

Agouti, Siamese, Mink, Hairless, Chocolate, Blue
--      Siamese, Mink, Hairless, Chocolate, Blue

With the basic assumptions that all genes are totally carried and totally inherited, the litter "can" consist of black, Siamese(all agouti-based; mink-point, blue-point, and seal-point), blue/blue agouti, cinnamon & agouti; with the possibility of some hairless displaying.

IMO and in my experience, not all genes are inherited 100% so I'd expect Siamese, triamese (where hooded babies fade to Siamese coloration), blue, and chocolate/mink dilutes. Possibly a blue-point Siamese, most likely mink point and seal point, and all agouti based.
