10 week old rats

Hi,
i recently bought a pair of 10 week old male rats (both of the same litter). one of them seems to attack and push past the other to get to me frist and doesnt seem to let the other get near me, and now when i go to see them the more dominant one comes over but the other doesnt seem to be bothered about coming near me.

I was wondering if there is anything i can do to get his attention and stop this dominancy?

This may be a phase; given they're so young. Try offering treats by hand, and working with the more submissive/timid of the two one on one to build his confidence in you. It might help to give the more dominant a large chunk of treat to take his mind off of you and send him away for awhile to eat it while you play with the submissive boy.
