URGENT PLEASE HELP! vet cant see him for 3hours and im worried he wont survive!

My rat Pip, who I have written to you about before has been being trated for an inner ear infection and is now no longer wonky, but keeps losing weight. his breathing is rattly and yesterday the vet gave him some frusol to have with his baytril in case of a heart condition. however after his first dose last night he kept jumping suddenly every so often as if having a fit or something, then would be fine, and then twitch again and he was drinking unusually large volumes of water. I'm worried he's allergic.
He hasn't had it this morning because when I woke up his tail's bleeding badly. He's cut it or maybe even bit it open and you can see all the sinew or bone inside!

My partner rang the vet immediately, but they only said that we can't do anything and they are in theater until 5pm. so can not see him until then. His tail's not pouring blood but is still bleeding and the pigment has been leaking from his right eye and nose since last night. He is lying down breathing fast and loud, not drinking or eating. He looks really weak. I am scared for his furry little life! Is there anything you would recommend my doing? He's like my best friend, I don't want to lose such a lovely little ratty.

I would take him him and sit there and wait for the vet. Once you are there, sitting and waiting and also let them know and in fact SHOW them how bad off he is, they will have no choice but to see him since its against the Vets oathe to allow animals to suffer.
