the right litter

I'm going to get a pet rat soon and i was wondering what kind of litter is good to put in the cage, That won't hert them are make them sick.

Carefresh, Aspen, Hemp, Shredded/Dried/Sanitized Coconut Husk (i.e; NatureSubstrate), EcoFresh, pelleted newspaper like Yesterday's News or newspaper pulp like CellSorb or even just torn up paper towels are fine. Absolutely, positively NO clay litters, NO pine or cedar.
