Do you think my rat is pregnant/ When will she have them?

Question

Belly picture.
I bought a rat from a breeder, she was supposed to be a male but it turned out it's a female which means she was in a cage with between 10 and 20 males. I brought her home March 29 (she was 9 weeks) and she had a tiny pot belly and you couldn't see her nipples at all. It has been about 2 weeks since I got her and her nipples are visible because the hair has moved away but they aren't swollen or anything. I went away on the weekend and when I got back today her stomach is hard and a lot larger. Could she be pregnant?

She also has shredded her toilet paper nest up to form a better nest over the weekend. There is also small dots of blood on the toilet paper.. I'm not sure if its from possible pregnancy or because she may have mites (Shes been scratching a lot.
Thank you :) any help would be amazing. We will be taking her to the vets once we figure out the pregnancy situation so we can get her checked for mites because we seen none at all.

Answer
Some breeder not knowing the difference between male and female.

The fact that the fur is missing from the nipples is mother natures way of preparing them for nursing.

Gestation is about 21 days. She is young, her litter may be small....but do keep the Vets number and an ER vet should there by complications.

Remove the toilet paper from the nest, give her soft tee shirts to use.  Wet paper towels or toilet paper can suffocate a rat pup by sticking to their nostrils.

Give mom soy milk and some scrambled eggs to help her produce better milk.  Also once the pups are born, be sure to hold them and touch them right away, but watch mom, she might bite and be a bit protective over the pups. Should she have mites, you cannot treat her for them while pregnant or nursing.  Do these red dots move?
