SIZE OF DUMBO RAT

I WAS JUST GIVEN A DUMBO RAT WHO WAS IN STARTER CAGE WHEN I GOT HIM.  HE IS 2 YEARS OLD.  I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF BEDDING, FOOD, AND HOW BIG CAN HE GET?  I HAVE HIM IN 40 GALLON AQUARIUM NOW.

Please look over my website.  It will tell you everything he needs for a happy life.  He needs out of that tank though and put in a nice cage.

He wont grow any more, however.  He is an adult and in fact, a rats life span is anywhere from 2 to 3 years old. Some rats live beyond that but its not common.  If he is truly 2 years old, he is considered an older rat.
