sick rat please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my rat is very sick, she is normally energetic and lively and now is very sluggish.  her right eye is a little red around it, and seems hard to open, also her tail which used to be a light brown got very dark over night, i have another rat but she is fine.  i put them in a new environment for the past two nights but nothing seemed wrong with her until today, what can i do to make her feel better?  is giving her a bath a bad idea?  would giving her amoxicillin a bad idea if it is a very small amount? please help!!

If your rat is this sick, this suddenly, why would you want to give her a bath? And yes, amoxicillin is a bad idea. You don't know WHAT is wrong with her, so why treat what you don't know? Giving a small amount of any drug only increases the pets resistance to that drug, making it harder to treat what is ultimately wrong with them.

Take her to the vet, immediately.
