Little pimple??

I read another question that seemed to be the same thing i have a furry rat and she has a little red bump right on her eyelid. I tried to view the picture that went along with the question but it was no longer available. Also I was wonderig if you knew of any good rat vets in Las Vegas, NV or if you could help me fine one! Thank you!
