Scared Rat

I've had Button for over two weeks now and she's been shy the whole time. She's scared to come out of her house and out of the cage, she's scared to be held. But recently she's started bolting. How can I get her to calm down, bond to me, and stop running away? I'm scared she may not come back.

Hi, take it slow with her. I would not touch her for a while just offer her treats after she acts more comfortable go sit in a small room with the door close and sealed up and see if she will come out of the age. Do this until she comes out. After she comes out do not grab her. Let her come to you and offer her treats. Time will allow her to calm down
